Become a Member

Becoming a member of IRCYLH is a great way to stay involved and make a difference! Members help guide the future of our program by attending meetings, volunteering at events, and supporting our youth throughout the show season. Active members also have the opportunity to vote each year for our Board of Directors and Officers.

Shadow a Coordinator

Take the next step in your IRCYLH journey by shadowing one of our dedicated coordinators! This hands-on experience gives you a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to organize and lead our annual show and auction. It’s a fun and rewarding way to prepare for future leadership roles within the organization.

Show and Auction Board

Be part of the leadership behind the success of our annual Show and Auction! Board members collaborate throughout the year to coordinate events, support our exhibitors, and continue the proud tradition of showcasing youth in agriculture at the Firefighters Fair.
