Indian River County Youth Livestock & Horticulture, Inc. (IRCYLH) is a Florida-registered, 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to growing the next generation of agricultural leaders.
Founded in July 2017, IRCYLH was created to promote and support youth involvement in agriculture by partnering with 4-H clubs, FFA chapters, and adult mentors across Indian River County. Our mission is to nurture curiosity, teach real-world skills, and showcase the importance of agriculture in everyday life.
Our focus isn’t profit—it’s learning. Each project is a tool to help young people grow into responsible, capable adults with marketable skills and a lifelong respect for agriculture.
IRCYLH is a member-based nonprofit. Anyone 21 and older who lives or works in Indian River County and shares our mission is welcome to join.
Our volunteer officers lead with a commitment to community engagement, education, and sustainability, ensuring our programs remain vibrant for years to come.
As a parent of four daughters who participated in IRCYLH/4H for the last 14 years, I have seen first hand the positive impact the program can have on families. Serving on the Executive Board, I am dedicated to continuing to grow and strengthen the program so that future families can share in the same positive experiences and opportunities. I am married to my wife, Kim, who is a 4Hclub leader. I have been in the banking industry for 30 years and I’m currently employed as a Vice President at Northern Trust.
Quinn Wright is a devoted family man, accomplished construction leader, and proud cattle rancher. Married for 37 years, he and his wife raised five children and now delight in many grandchildren. Quinn enjoys hunting, boating, and making memories with his family.
Born in Norfolk, Virginia, and raised as a Marine’s son, Quinn carries a deep legacy of service and discipline—one continued by his son Zach, who serves in the military. For 22 years he has managed projects at Cone & Graham, a heavy civil construction company, earning respect for his leadership and quality standards. He also owns Wright A2Z Cattle, breeding and raising premium beef cattle.
Dedicated to giving back, Quinn has volunteered for more than two decades with 4-H, the Fellsmere Frog Leg Festival, and IRCYLH. His life reflects faith, family, service, and the value of honest work—principles he proudly passes to the next generation.
I am a proud 4th-generation Indian River County resident with deep roots in our community. As a lifelong supporter of 4-H, I raised three children who were all active members, and today I’m just as proud to see my two grandchildren continuing the tradition. I served as a 4-H leader while my children were involved, and about five years ago, I started another club, which I continue to lead with passion and dedication.
